“View of Decew” is based on St. Catharines Decew Falls Waterfall. The completion of this painting was in 1997 and also won the NCU (Niagara Credit Union) calendar contest for the month of May in 1997. The calendar was published and distributed over 17,000 calendar’s across Canada.
Rose Festival (Welland) 2002-2008
The Rose Festival began in 1961 and brings people from across the region to explore different cultures, history and art. Vincent has been involved in the Art Exhibition for 6 years and in that time he received 12 “Top 3 Artists”, and 4 “First Place”.
FOCB (Crystal Beach) 2006, 2008
The Friends of Crystal Beach is promoting local art and interests to the community and was created in 1981. It has enhanced local scenery and brings the public together to see beautiful talent. In 2006, Vincent won the “Best of The Show” Award. In 2008, Vincent won the “People’s Choice Award”.
Carmel Fine Art and Music Festival (Niagara Falls) 2016
The Carmel Fine Art and Music Festival is held in Niagara Falls Ontario and brings local artist and musicians together to promote their work and for people to see their beautiful creations. The unique 3 day festival shows historical, traditional and fascinating artists from all over Niagara. Vincent won the “Best Acrylic Award”.
